Salary: £17k – £25k PA


We are an extremely successful firm that deals with anti-money laundering and business risk projects for blue chip clients on an international basis. We work from a stunning rural location just outside Marlborough.


We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to join our highly skilled team.


You will be a graduate (but we are also open to hearing from applicants who feel their particular skills and experiences outweigh their academic record). Working in a team of seven/eight people, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed research and investigations together with writing client reports on individuals and companies on a global basis.


You will need a high degree of accuracy, an inquisitive mind and the ability to obtain and analyze research findings. You should have a passion for writing and presenting ideas and be able to take responsibility for your work product. We are committed to the ongoing training and development of our team members.


We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have foreign language skills or have experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) KYC work.


Salary Range: £17,000 – £25,000 PA depending on experience.


Hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700.

Customer Service Advisor is required to join a well-established Team and Insurance Company in the West Berkshire area.

They work Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700.

They have plenty of free car parking.

You will need to have exceptional customer service skills as you will be taking to clients over the telephone.

You must have previous Insurance experience.

The job will be keeping existing clients happy and making sure you offer the best service you can but, you will also be required to contact potential clients and winning new business. This is mainly done by over the telephone and is office based but there is potential to go and visit clients face to face and sell the services of the insurance company.

Salary is £25,000 PA to £28,000 PA depending on experience + commission if targets are reached.
